01 Acceptance
By installing or using Zapbit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the extension and discontinue use immediately.
02 License
Zapbit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for personal or commercial communication automation on WhatsApp Web. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the extension.
03 Trial & Subscription
Zapbit offers a free trial of 50 replies. The trial requires email verification via ExtensionPay. Your trial usage is tracked server-side to prevent abuse; reinstalling the extension does not reset your trial counter. After the trial, a paid subscription is required for continued use. Subscriptions are billed monthly ($9.99) or annually ($39.99) via ExtensionPay (Stripe). You may cancel anytime through the ExtensionPay customer portal.
04 Prohibited Use
You may not use Zapbit to send spam, harass individuals, impersonate others fraudulently, or violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for the content generated by your configured AI model and skill.
05 Disclaimers
Zapbit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with future WhatsApp Web updates, or the accuracy of AI-generated responses. Use at your own risk.
06 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zapbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension, including but not limited to lost messages, account restrictions, or business losses.
07 Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
